 you see that gorgeous guy up there? yes that is penn badgley and i want him for cammie's twin brother. they are exact opposites in looks and personailty. camryn is blond, heart broken, trusting, and very innocent. her brother, whatever his name is, has brown hair, he doesn't do relationship, and he's basically a womanizer. even though they are nothing alike they are best friends. cammie's brother, we'll just call him penn for now, is very protective over her, which is why he came to new york with her. they are both here for college so he would be a college freshman and he's nineteen years old and he's twins with camryn. look at her app for more help with the history. as long as you at least kinda follow everything i listed the rest is up to you! i'll be forever greatful for whoever takes him (:
