i was born here in new york over sixteen years ago. i grew up in an average house hold, my parent's got along great. that was kind of the problem though. as soon as i was old enough to practically fend for myself they started ignoring me completely. they would disappear and be gone for days at a time. they always came back though. to rebel against my parent's i started hanging out with an older crowd and messing around with guys though i never got the courage to sleep with any of them which is why i'm still a virgin.
after i was almost raped one time i got ahold of some pain killers and took some. i was addicted to them by the time i was fifteen. it's a horrible habit but that's how it goes. i'm careful but there is still a possiblility i could screw up and i would die. if it wasn't for soccer and swimming my life would be pretty much useless. i work as a lifeguard and i play on a select soccer team. i really think i got these skills from my mom because she was an all star soccer play in her teen age years. anyway i think you know enough about me to write a book now, don't you?

under normal circumstances, haylee annabella hendrix was a rather patient person. however this wasn't normal and haylee was definitely not patient. every minute felt like an hour and her sister continued to laugh at her for pacing around the house. she finally settled on waiting it out in her room. it was a known fact that hayles hated players and guys who slept around. ask anyone and they would be able to tell you that. so why was she going on a "date" with a a guy that was known for sleeping around? because she was dumb. oh and because she was falling in love with him. haylee would never admit that to anyone else. she had just started being able to admit it to herself, it seemed so impossible. the one thing she had always told herself was don't judge a guy on his hair or eyes, she didn't have a certain taste like that. but she always said only guys who wanted a relationship. she had obviously failed with accepting a date from robby. her excuse to anyone who asked was simple. she owed him for saving her or she just wanted a ride in his car. either one would work though they both were far from the truth. none of her friends bought it but they left her alone, knowing the protests that would come out of her mouth. well all of her friends left her alone except minnie. she was so stubborn and wouldn't listen to any of hayles excuses. as she pointed out she did know haylee and robby more than they knew themselves. making it very hard to lie to her.
it was true that haylee had refused to call it a date, instead referring to it as a meeting between friends or something just as ridiculous. where in private she couldn't wait for this date. haylee knew it would be special. they were both insanely attracted to each other and it was sure to cause some kind of fireworks. would she sleep with him? that question made her stop her pacing and sit down on the edge of her bed. being a virgin had always been something special to her and the guy who took that was going to be just as special. so no she wouldn't sleep with robby. haylee would not become just another girl on his list. haylee had accidentally slipped up in the chat and admitted to being willing to sleep with robby, but that would make it too easy. once the chase was done robby would move on to the next hottest thing and haylee was not ready for him to do that.
finally she glanced at the clock and decided that it was late enough to start getting ready. hayles left her room and made her way to the bathroom she shared with her older sister, austyn. before closing the bathroom door she reached into the hall closet and pulled out a fluffy towel. maybe she was a little early getting ready but her showers always ended up taking longer than she had thought so maybe it was a good thing she running a little early. the brunette undressed and stepped into the scolding hot water, letting it run down her body. haylee thought about robert's chest under her figertips from when she pushed him away and the feel of his arms wrapped around her. hayles knew right then that she would give anything to have his arms around her again. this whole feeling was something new to the almost junior. she almost never got in a relationship because most guys around vegas didn't want that. she had never been in love before so she couldn't be sure what she was feeling was love but haylee was pretty sure it was close. why in the world had she fallen in love with the worse possible guy ever? that was just like something she would do. something to mess everything up. haylee focused back on what she was supposed to be doing and rubbed her body with her strawberry scented body wash. the smell always made her smile. haylee then went to her hair where she rubbed it down with dove shampoo and conditioner. normally that wasn't the type she used but her friend gavin had convinced her to switch and it seemed to make her hair even more shiny.
she finally stepped out of the shower and wrapped the towel all the way around her. then stepped out of the overly steamed bathroom and made her way back to her room where she was going to have to find something to wear. she had gone shopping with her friend amelia but that had been basically a bust. everything was ugly or made her look like a whore. hayles was a very picky shopper. she had picked a few things but figured she could steal something from her sister's closet. so now on her bed laid a few outfits that she had took from austyn. she tapped her chin and looked at each one before finally settling on something. skinny jeans and a cute top was perfect for the evening. casual without being too dressy or sloppy. haylee slipped on her new victoria secret set before throwing her cloths over top. she examined herself in the full length mirror on the back of her door. her outfit looked good but her hair still needed some work as it was currently laying in a wet limp, great.
haylee had almost all of her stuff in her room because she hated sharing a bathroom. she plugged in her hair dryer and pulled out her brush. the brunette ran her brush through her thick naturally wavy hair. then she let the hot heat of the hair dryer blow her hair around her face. just a little product to keep her hair from frizzing and it would be good in it's natural state. haylee loved her wavy, thick hair and the dove shampoo seemed to be making it even better. now for makeup it would probably just be better to keep it light. as a lot of people pointed out, she had natural beauty. just sticking with concealer, eyeliner, and lip gloss. now she was just about ready to go. hayles decided on her black boots and was now ready to go. she grabbed a matching purse and her cell phone then headed out into the living room.
thankfully austyn had seemed to disappear. she would flip if she saw haylee was wearing her cloths without asking. it seemed she had been right on because a few minutes later, her doorbell rang. a smile grew quickly on her face. she was so anxious and excited to see robby again. there was butterflies in her stomach. she opened the door with the smile still on her face. "aww thanks," she said taking the rose into her hand. being a girl she instinctively put her nose to the rose and took a deep breath. mm roses were one of her favorites. haylee was glad that edward had taken her mom out tonight so they didn't have to do any of that embarrassing meet the parents.
she followed him to his car eager to finally get her ride in it. she had been waiting for that for a while now. hayles was aware of his hand on her lower back and sent a chill through her arms. his touch effected her way to much. "it was good, long but good. how about you?" she nodded her head when robby told her where they were going. "ooh fancy. sounds fun," haylee teased him, sliding into the car. she let him shut the door after her and she took a deep breath. control yourself. you can do this. she thought mentally before robby slid into the seat next to her. his car was even nicer than she thought. it was very sporty and comfortable. hayles could get used to getting rides from his. "wow i like your car," she said letting her eyes run over the dash and then finally landing on him instead of the car. he looked good. in her mind he always looked good but wow. he definitely knew how to clean up. she let a sigh roll out from under her breath. she couldn't wait for this night to really start.
"who would have guessed that robby could look so nice," she said shaking her head with a teasing grin of her face. it was her shy way of giving him a compliment without really saying what was one her mind. it wasn't fair for a guy you couldn't have to look so hot.
